   Saint James Parish
Our Annual Christmas Bazaar will be held on Friday November 20th from 10am to 7:00pm and Saturday November 21st from 10am to to 3pm. in the Church Hall and Conference Room. We will set up on Wednesday evening November 19th after the Bingo game is over in the hall at about 9:30pm.

We need ladies who can knit for us. We do have a group of knitters that meet every Wednesday in the conference room, if you can join them that would be great but if you prefer to stay at home and knit that is also fine. Knitted goods are a big seller at the Bazaar and we need your help.

White Elephant donations will be accepted on Mondays from 9am to 7pm in ( use side door ) the Rectory cellar.  PLEASE....Do not give us items such as clothing, televisions, microwaves, stoves or anything that we need to pay to dispose of after the Bazaar.

If you wish to donate gift certificates or prizes for the penny sale table or any other booth...please call the rectory and let us know.

You should have received your raffle tickets in the mail by now, please either sell or buy them. We depend on this raffle for a large part of our profit for the bazaar. If everyone would sell the tickets sent to them we would realize a profit of $30,000 on this raffle alone!!!
If you would like more ticket to buy or sell ...please call the rectory.
Make ticket return in person, by mail or in the collection baskets on Sunday....prior to the bazaar.

Bakers....Bakers...Bakers....If you could bake something for the baked goods table. You may drop it off all day on Thursday in the hall or early on Friday ( for the opening of the fair ).This year the Salem Board of Health wants us to clearly mark all the baked goods, especially if they contain any kind of nuts of peanutbutter in them. If you bring anything with cream or needs to be refrigerated we need to see that they are properly handled. EVERTHING MUST BE MARKED so that the purchaser know what they are buying.

Volunteer are always needed to set-up, take apart, clean , bake, donate prizes and work at the Bazaar. Think about it and give us a call at the Rectory if you can help.

Thank You for your support and continued generosity. Together we will make this year's bazaar the best ever !!!!
